901-WP-1541-19.doc from the Petitioners states that the secured asset in question Flat No. 901, 9th Floor, Wing-B, Thakur Jewel, Kandewali (East), Mumbai 400 101 shall be handed over to the Respondent No. 1 on 22nd March 2019 at 12.00 noon. The Authorised Officer of the Respondent No. 1 confirms that he will remain present at the site to take possession of the said flat on that day. 2.

The presence of Shri. Jubin Navin Nandu, Power of Attorney-holder of the Petitioners in Court is noted. 3.
