In Crime No. 803 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code the Applicant is seeking pre-arrsest bail.

Apart from the eye-witness to the incident in question, there are three criminal antecedents against the Applicant. 3.

There is sufficient material to infer direct involvement of the Applicant in the offence in question which is punishable for life. 4.

That being so, the Anticipatory Bail Application stands rejected.
