Considering that the impugned award is rendered by the "Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division and Arbitrator Tribunal Under Railways Amendment Act", in respect of the land situated at Vasai, District Palghar, the present petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996, would be required to be filed and adjudicated by the learned District Judge, Thane.

This petition be accordingly transferred by the Registry to the Court of District Judge, Thane.
