learned APP makes a statement that the Petitioner was released from jail on 9th July 2015 after he had undergone his entire sentence. She placed on record report dated 14th November 2016 of the Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prisons, Kalamba, Kolhapur. Since the Petitioner has already been released from jail, this writ petition filed through jail is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed.
