By this application, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with an alleged complaint lodged with the Bhandup Police Station, alleging an offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. Learned A.P.P states that as of now, no offence has been registered against the present applicant.
