The above Interim Application is filed by the Respondenthusband seeking to expedite the hearing of the above Family Court Appeal.

When the above Interim Application had come up before us on 19th October, 2023, none had appeared on behalf of the Respondenthusband. On that date, the Appellant-wife had appeared through the OCTOBER 26 2023 Laxmi

11 ia 2597-23.doc Advocate and had made a grievance that the above Interim Application is not yet served on the Appellant-wife. Since the Respondent had not appeared, we placed the above Interim Application today for dismissal. 3.

Today also when the matter is called out, none appears on behalf of the Respondent-husband [the Applicant in the above Interim Application]. It appears that the Respondent-husband is not interested in prosecuting the above Interim Application. In these circumstances, the above Interim Application is dismissed for want of prosecution. 4.
