This is an application for condonation of delay of 12 days in filing Civil Application (Stamp) No.3396 of 2019 for recalling the order dated 22nd December, 2018 passed in Writ Petition No.14267 of 2018. For the order, I propose to pass in C.A. (Stamp) No.3396 of 2019 as also having regard to shortness of delay of 12 days, notice on the respondents is dispensed with. 4.
For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 12 days caused in filing the C.A. is condoned. C.A. is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.
