Since this Court was not inclined to entertain the public interest litigation at the behest of the petitioner, who was an employee of the Corporation in respect of prayer clause (a), the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this public interest litigation and file a fresh public interest litigation seeking direction to the Corporation to maintain the public roads in Ulhasnagar and also seeks some ancillary relief.
The request made on behalf of the petitioner is just and reasonable. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the public interest litigation with liberty to file a fresh public interest litigation. Shivgan 1/2
