Upon a praecipe, petition is listed today under the caption "production".

The only limited relief sought by the Petitioners is for expediting the hearing and disposal of the revision application, which is pending before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister, State of Maharashtra. 3.

The learned AGP, on instructions, states that this Court may pass an appropriate order, as deemed fit and necessary. In the result, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Revision Application No. Appeal - 2618/6764/Pra. Kra. 138/J-3, 1 / 2

503 - WP. 1894-2020 pending before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister, be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the receipt hereof.

(ii) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the said revision application before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Petitioners pursuant to the impugned notices dated 17th and 29th January, 2020. (iii) The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms with no order as to costs.
