The Appeal stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. The impugned award stands modified in accordance with the Consent Terms. Award be drawn accordingly.

In view of disposal of Appeal, Interim Application does not survive. Hence, it is also disposed of.

Refund of court fees, if any, be made as per rules. Statutory deposit be remitted back to the jurisdictional Tribunal. 6.

The Tribunal shall permit the parties to withdraw the amount in accordance with the Consent Terms.
