Perused the letter dated 29th September, 2015 addressed by the learned 4th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik to the Registrar General seeking extension of eight weeks to decide the 'Preliminary Issue'. Learned Counsel for the parties state that the arguments are concluded.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the letter dated 29th September, 2015 extension as sought by the learned trial Judge for eight weeks from today is granted.
