Mr. Pandey, the learned counsel for the appellants, after arguing the matter for some time considering that what is challenged is an ad-interim order does not press the appeal and makes a request that hearing of notice of motion be expedited. 2.

In view of the above, Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. It will be open to the appellants to make the request for expeditious hearing of the notice of motion to the learned City Civil Court, which will consider the same sympathetically if there is no earlier time-bound commitments.
