This is an application for extension of time for compliance of conditions imposed upon the applicant by Order dated 6th March 2020 passed in Interim Application No.1 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he could not furnish sureties in pursuance of the said Order dated 6th March 2020. However, now his client is in a position to furnish the said sureties within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

In view thereof, the time for compliance of conditions imposed by Order dated 6th March 2020 is hereby extended by four weeks from today. 4.
