After hearing the learned Advocate Shri. Abhijeet Desai for the petitioner what is noticed is concerned Tahsildar, in proceedings no. 9 of 2000 on 05/02/2011 has already held that transfer of suit land was illegal. In that view of the matter, unless the said order is upset in any of the proceedings taken out by the petitioner or otherwise, present petition, in my opinion, does not warrant or call

Keeping the right of the petitioner intact to raise appropriate issue in proceedings questioning the said order dated 05/02/2011, in my opinion, petition deserves to be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to take out such other proceedings as are permissible and advisable in law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
