This is an application seeking condonatin of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the Judgment and Order dated 29/10/2015 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Court, Mazgaon, Sewree, Mumbai in C.C. No. 5454 /SS/2014. The delay is of 10 days. 2) For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 4, 5 & 6, application seeking condonation of delay deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. 3) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
