P.C.:- In view of the deliberation which took place during the course of arguments, learned senior counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submitted that, the Petitioner will deposit a sum of Rs.2 crores 50 lakhs with the Respondent No.1-corporation within a period of 6 months from today. He further submitted that, the Petitioner will deposit a Demand Draft of Rs.28 lakhs with the Respondent No.1-Corporation on or before 10th March, 2022. That, aAfter deducting the said amount of Rs.28 lakhs from Rs.2 crores 50 lakhs, the balance amount of Rs.2 crores 22 lakhs will be deposited by the Petitioner within a period of 6 months from today with 1/2
ssm 2 20-wp1945.22.doc the Respondent No.1. He further submitted that, the Authorized Officer and/or the Director of the Petitioner will file an undertaking in that behalf before this Court within a period of two weeks from today. The said statements are accepted.
