2] This application preferred by Assurance-Company for stay of the impugned judgment and award dated 07-11-2012 passed by the M.A.C.T., Mumbai in Motor Accident Claim Application No. 2527 of 2005.

3] In view of dismissal of Civil Application No. 639 of 2015 for condonation of delay, nothing survive in the application. The same is rejected as infructious.
