Heard learned Counsel for the appellant.

By this First Appeal, the Appellant is challenging the Judgment and Award dated 21.07.2014 passed by MACT, Pune in MACP No. 1176 of 2009 holding that the Respondents original Claimants are entitled to a sum of Rs. 20,64,000/- by way of compensation with interest @ 7.5 % p.a. from the date of filing of the petition till realisation of the entire amount.

The learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Tribunal by its impugned Judgment and Award held that Appellant are liable to pay 40% of the total compensation.

7 fast 3722-15=.odt the learned Counsel for the Appellant and the Judgment and Award, I am satisfied that Appellant has made out a case for following order:

a) Admit.

b) Printing is dispensed with.

c) Appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

d) Registry is directed to call R & P immediately.

e) The learned Counsel for the Respondent waives service.

At this stage, both the Advocates submits that they have no objection if the matter is referred to Lok Adalat.

Hence, the Registry is directed to place the matter before Lok Adalat.

The learned Counsel for the Respondent Claimant submits that Claimant will submits his settlement of proposal to the Appellant within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.
