Heard. This is an application seeking condonatin of delay in filing appeal challenging the Judgment and Order passed by C.B.I. Special Court in Special Case No. 29 f 2007 thereby acquitting the accused of all the charges levelled against him. The delay is of 194 days. 2) For the reasons assigned in ground no. 20, 21 & 22, the delay of 194 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. 3) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The delay of 194 days is hereby condoned.
