The grievance of the Petitioner in the above Writ Petition is that no cognizance is being taken of his complaint though received by the Ratnagiri Police Station on 31/12/2015. We direct the Senior Inspector of Police of Ratnagiri City Police Station to look into the complaint of the Petitioner and after carrying out an inquiry communicate the outcome of the said inquiry to the Petitioner within four weeks from date. The learned APP Shri J P Yagnik to communicate this order to all concerned. With the directions as afore-stated, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
