Though, the Respondents are duly served, there is no Affidavit-in-Reply to oppose the present Civil Application.

By this Civil Application, Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 88 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 21.07.2014 passed by the MACT, Pune in MACP No. 1176 of 2009.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in Civil Application, I am Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Delay in filing First Appeal, is condoned.

b) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
