2] This application is filed on behalf of the occupants, who have already shifted to the transit accommodation, to be impleaded as respondents in the present petition. 3] The petitioners in the present petition resist shifting. Accordingly, it is the case of the applicants in this civil application, that the project in question is bound to be delayed and this would directly affect them, since they have already shifted into a transit accommodation. 1/2

skc 914-caw-370-15 4] Accordingly, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) only. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith.

5] Mr. P. P. Kulkarni waives notice on behalf of the applicants in the main petition.

6] It shall not be necessary for the petitioners to serve a copy of the petition upon each of the applicants. It will be sufficient if one copy is served upon Mr. P. P. Kularni, the learned counsel for the applicants.
