3] The learned Counsel for the respondent vehemently opposes the present civil application. He submits that the applicant has not

YBG caa237-15 shown sufficient cause for condonation of delay. 4] Considering the submissions of the learned Counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the civil application.

5] The delay of 17 days in filing appeal from order is condoned. 6] Office is directed to register the appeal from order, if all the other office objections are removed.
