This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the Judgment and Order dated 31/05/2015 passed by learned Assistant Special Judge, Kolhapur in Special Case No. 168 of 2014 by which respondent have been acquitted for offence punishable under section 3 (1) (x) and 6 of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and for offence punishable under section 323, 353, 504, 506 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. The delay is of 144 days.
2) For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 2 & 3 of the ism
