By this First Appeal, appellant Insurance Company is challenging the judgment and award dated 23.10.2018 passed by MACT, Mumbai in Application No.2442 of 2009 holding that Respondent original Claimant is entitled sum of Rs.1,20,846/- by way of compensation with interest @ 7.5% p.a. from the date of Application till realisation.
