Learned counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company submits that the Applicant-Insurance Company would be depositing the entire decreetal amount in the concerned Tribunal within a period of eight weeks from today.

Hence, the stay is granted to the execution of the 'Decree', subject to deposit of the entire decreetal amount in the concerned Tribunal within a period of eight weeks from today, failing which the stay to stand automatically vacated, without any further reference to the Court. 1/2 CAF-876-16-Stay==.doc
