ORDER:

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has pointed out that the Presiding Officer, DRAT is on leave and available only after 16 February 2018. Inasmuch as the Petitioner has an alternate remedy, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Respondent No.1 Bank shall defer taking possession of the flat in question for the period of three weeks from today. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the case. All contentions are kept open.

The Petition shall stand disposed of.
