The learned counsel for the respondent submits that on the earlier occasion also the application was dismissed for want of prosecution and was restored. On 29.1.2016 also none appeared for the applicant and in the absence of the learned counsel for the applicant, the application seeking condonation for delay was allowed in the interest of justice. 2.
