1] This is an application for modification of condition No.7(vi) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an Order dated 8th December 2017. The said condition reads as under 7(vi) Moreover, as the investigation of the crime in question is going on, the applicants/accused to attend the concerned police station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday in between 11.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m until further orders.

2] It is submitted that, the investigation of the present crime is completed and the police have submitted chargesheet. 1/2

3] In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the said condition is modified and applicant is directed to attend the concerned police station on every 1st Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m to 1.00 p.m till conclusion of trial. 4] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
