This is the second application for extension of four weeks time to furnish the solvent sureties. By an order dated 22nd December, 2017, this Court had earlier extended the said period with a clear observation that the period for furnishing the solvent sureties will not be extended further on any count. 2.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that as a matter of fact the applicants have complied with all the requirements for furnishing solvent sureties and the process of verification of sureties has already been carried out. It is only the Shridhar Sutar

908-appp-123.18.doc process to accept the sureties is pending before the concerned Court, which may take about two weeks' further time. He submitted that the applicants have sincerely complied with all the conditions and the directions issued by this Court from time to time and the delay in accepting the sureties is unavoidable delay caused due to the procedure.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, the period to furnish solvent sureties is hereby further extended by four weeks from today as a last chance.
