At the outset, learned APP submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, police have filed charge-sheet on 30 th July, 2016 in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Chandwad, Dist. Nashik. Despite the said fact, the Petitioner has filed present petition for quashing of First Information Report on 28 th January, 2022.

As the police have already filed charge-sheet, the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the Trial Court.

By reserving the said alternate remedy, the petition is disposed of. 4.
