By this Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is challenging inaction on the part of the Respondents in not granting benefits time bound promotion pay-scale to the Petitioners on completion of 12/10 years service and other reliefs.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the present matter is transferred from the Nagpur Bench and the advocate on record is from Nagpur. He submits that in view of the COVID-19 situation, he is asking for 8 weeks' time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the following order is passed: Laxmi 1/2

Registry is directed to issue notice before admission to the Respondents returnable on 03/05/2021.

In addition to the usual mode of service, the Petitioners are permitted to serve the Respondents by way of private notice along with the entire proceedings either by RPAD and/or by hand delivery and file affidavit of service to that effect on or before next date.

c.
