After hearing the learned counsel for the parties for sometime when this Court has expressed disinclination to the Applicant on temporary bail, on medical ground, the learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Application with liberty to file an Application for bail on merits. 2.

The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

The Superintendent of the Yerwada Prison shall ensure that the Applicant is provided with appropriate medical treatment as may be advised.
