Though this application is filed within limitation, only objection of the respondent is that even she is the legal representative of the applicant No.1 (Appellant No.1). It is not in dispute that the legal representatives who are sought to be brought on record are the legal representatives of the deceased appellant.

Therefore, subject to objection raised by the respondent, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.
