By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of 60 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 08.10.2014 passed by the Labour Court, Solapur in Application W.C.No.19/2012. The learned counsel for the claimant submits that they have no objection if the delay is condoned.

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
