Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner. Petitioner claims to be a social and political activist and by this PIL Petitioner is seeking directions to Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 to decide the representation, which he has filed against Respondent Nos. 7 and 8. In our view, Petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy of approaching the appropriate civil and criminal court. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this PIL. PIL is, therefore dismissed.
