Heard. This is an application under Sections 438 and 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The applicants herein are apprehending their arrest in Crime No.811 of 2014 registered at Dwarka South Police Station, Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120B read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The applicants are arraigned as accused. The applicants have received notices from the House Officer of the Police Station of Dwarka South calling upon them to appear before the concerned police officer. Prima facie, the

Mhi 2 ABA-203-15.sxw notice appears to be under Section 160 of Cr.P.C. However, on a a perusal of the FIR, it is clear that they are accused in the said offences. It further appears that the offence alleged pertained to the business transactions between the complainant and the company of which the present applicants are the directors/employees etc. In view of this, the applicants deserve transit pre-arrest bail for a limited period to enable them to seek appropriate orders from the Court at Delhi.

O R D E R

(i) The application is allowed. The applicants are protected till 5 p.m. on 23.2.2015 during which period they shall seek necessary orders from the appropriate Court of law.

(ii) In the event of their arrest, the applicants be enlarged on bail on each furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
