The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the remaining legal heirs of the Petitioner No.1 on record. The Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are also the legal heirs of the Petitioner No.1. Hence, though there is some delay in bringing the other legal heirs on record, the same would be inconsequential in view of the fact that the Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are already on record. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the heirs mentioned in the above Civil Application of the BGP.
