The learned Counsel representing the First Respondent states that time of eight weeks will be required to decide the application for regularization made by the Petitioner. 2.

In view of this statement, we need not keep the Petition pending and the same is disposed of by passing the following order:

2 / 2 20-WP-1517-15.odt (i) The application for regularization made by the Petitioner shall be decided by the concerned Authority of the First Respondent within a period of eight weeks from today;

(ii) Till the disposal of the said application and till the communication of the order passed on the said application to the Petitioner, ad-interim relief granted on 11th February 2015 shall continue to operate;

(iii) If order passed on the application for regularization be adverse to the Petitioner, the order of ad-interim relief will continue to operate for a period of four weeks from the date of the communication of the said order to the Petitioner;

(iv) All contentions on merits are kept open.
