In pursuance of Order dated 26th April 2023, the Senior Inspector of Police Mr. Anil C. Shinde attached to Panchwati Police Station, Nashik is personally present in the Court along with record of Application No.101 of 2021 registered on the basis of the letter addressed by Advocate for Petitioner dated 2nd November 2021. We have perused the said record. 2.

Record indicates that, after receipt of the letter from the Advocate for Petitioner namely S.P.N. Law Advocates dated 3rd November 2021, the concerned Police Officer issued a letter to the Petitioner for attending Police Station on a particular day to record her statement. It was informed to the concerned Police Officer that, the Petitioner is trying to settle the matter with 1/2

DAE 25-WP-1474-2022.doc her opponents. That, the Petitioner did not remain present on two occasions and therefore, the inquiry of the said application has been closed by making necessary entries in the 'General Diary' of Panchwati Police Station, Nashik. 3.

In view of the above, we find no merits in the Petition. Petition is accordingly dismissed.
