The only prayer pressed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is that the Petitioner's representation dated 23rd August, 2010 under Section 48 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1814, be decided by the Respondent No.2-Divisional Commissioner Pune, expeditiously. We, accordingly, direct that the said representation of the Petitioner be decided by the Respondent no.2 Commissioner, Pune, within three months from today, if the said Application is not already decided. The Petition to stand disposed of accordingly.
