By this application the Applicant has sought to condone the delay of 9 years and 268 days in challenging the Judgment and Award dated 17.2.1994 in Land Reference No. 63 of 1986 under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. By the impugned judgment the Reference Court has directed the Applicant-State to pay to the Respondent Original Claimant an amount of Rs.477/- under Section 23(1-a), Rs.162/- under Section 23(2) along with statutory interest of Rs.639/-. 2.
