The petitioner who is aged around 72 years is seeking directions from this Court to expedite the trials wherein he is the complainant viz. RRC No.93 of 2017 and Regular Criminal Misc. Digitally signed by RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date:

RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER The petitioner had preferred Criminal Writ Petition No.1044 of 2022, for expediting RCC No.139 of 2012. This Court by order dated 11th April, 2022 allowed said petition by directing the trial Court to dispose of the case expeditiously within 12 months from the date of order.

rpa 2/2 48wp1045,1056of2022.doc Vide order dated 11th April, 2022, passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.1044 of 2022, this Court has observed that without going into the merits of the petition, the petition can be conveniently disposed of with directions to the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajgurunagar, Khed, Pune, to dispose of RCC Nos.93 of 2017 and 276 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, and, in any event within 12 months from the date of receipt of the order. Similar directions can be issued in this petition. The trial Court is directed to dispose of RCC No.93 of 2017 and Regular Criminal Misc. No.276 of 2017, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of order.

Both the Writ Petitions stand disposed of accordingly. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
