Learned counsel for the Petitioner invited our attention to the order of this court dated 16th February 2022. Considering the grievance of Petitioner that her daughter, who was prosecuting her studies in 12th standard, was missing and inspite of approaching the police authorities by lodging report there was no progress in the matter, this Court had, on the last occasion, issued notice. Today, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that post issuance of notice, the missing girl was found and now she has returned to her parental home and presently she resides with her parents. As such the grievance raised in petition no more survives. The counsel, therefore, prays for withdrawal of petition. Therefore, at the instance of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, the petitioner is allowed to withdraw the petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
