Even going by the averments made in the application, the applicant is claiming to be the contractor appointed by the Municipal Corporation at Kanjur Site and that the applicant has nothing to do with the sites at Deonar and Mululnd. On the application made by the Mumbai Municipal Corporation, this Court does not propose to issue any direction regarding the site at Kanjur. Hence, this application need not be entertained and the same is accordingly disposed of.
