The Civil Application is filed for recalling the conditional selfoperative order dated 09.12.2016 of dismissal of the Writ Petition in the event of failure to comply to remove office objections. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Objections shall be removed within a period of three weeks from today failing which the Writ Petition shall entail a dismissal order.
