By this petition, the only substantive relief sought for by the petitioner is as under:- "a) this Hon'ble Court, be pleased to issue appropriate directions to the Ld. Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Rajgurunagar, Khed, Pune to dispose of Regular Criminal Case No.139 of 2012 peremptorily within a period of three months." 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the original complainant, aged about 72 years who has filed a private complaint being R.C.C. No.139 of 2012 in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Rajgurunagar, Khed, Pune, alleging offences N. S. Chitnis 1/2

40-wp.1044.2022.doc punishable under Sections 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, as against the respondent Nos.2 to 11. He submits that till date there is no progress in the said case, inasmuch as, charge has also not been framed in the said case. 3.

Without going into the merits of the petition, the petition can be conveniently disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Rajgurunagar, Khed, Pune to dispose of R.C.C. No. 139 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly. 4.

Petition is allowed on the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
