By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No.1 to transfer the investigation of FIR No.I-326 of 2014 registered with Mumbra Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 376D, 326, 506(2) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 on 20th April, 2014.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, having taken instructions from the officer concerned - Mr. S.T. Shelar, Police Constable, who is present before the Court, makes a statement that after completing the investigation into the said FIR, the Investigating Agency filed chargesheet and the same is committed to Sessions Court and numbered as Sessions Case No. 371 of 2014 and now it is at the stage of framing of Shubhada S Kadam 1/2
