CORAM : N.R. BORKAR, J.

DATED : 21 JULY 2022 P.C. :- The Respondent No.1 herein had filed an application under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act for various reliefs. In the said proceedings, the learned Magistrate passed an order of injunction restraining the present Applicant from travelling abroad and leaving India. The learned Magistrate by order dated 5 May 2016, directed the employer of the present Petitioner to deduct an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- per month from the salary of the present Petitioner and to deposit the said amount by way of cheque or demand draft in the Court. Both these orders are impugned in this Petition.

The learned Counsel for the contesting Respondent No.1 submits that as of today, the Petitioner is in arrears of maintenance to the tune of Rs.60 Lakhs. Considering this fact, I am not inclined to entertain the present Petition.

4.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
