This petition is filed seeking direction to respondent no.1 to register F.I.R against respondent nos.2 to 6 in pursuance of petitioner's complaint dated 7.12.2013 and 16.12.2013. Mrs. Mhatre, the learned APP having taken instructions from the concerned officer makes a statement that grievance of the petitioner made in the said complaint will be looked into, preliminary enquiry will be held and then appropriate decision would be taken and communicated to the petitioner within Shivgan 1/3

a period of seven days from the date of receipt of this order. Statement accepted.

In the light of aforesaid statement made by the learned APP, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
